Meg Keane
Co-Founder
Megan is a senior HR leader experienced at creating high-performing, employee-oriented cultures. She has developed Talent strategies and led teams responsible for Talent Engagement & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She is a passionate thought leader and serves as an adviser to senior executives to help advance their company's culture & organizational effectiveness.
Megan has built & led Talent teams at high-growth startups such as EVERFI, Clarabridge, & LivingSocial. She has also held key Talent positions at Discovery Communications and Hewitt. Megan has earned her Masters degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources and her undergraduate degree in Spanish – both from Penn State. Additionally, she holds an SPHR certification from HRCI.

Colleen Wood
Co-Founder
Colleen is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of HR experience in creating an engaging and rewarding environment that cultivates exceptional performance and diversity of thought. She creates a people strategy to drive the talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement that support a company’s continued growth, innovation, and profitability. Colleen is passionate about building an award-winning culture of inclusion where all people feel a sense of belonging and their voices are heard.

Colleen has built and lead the Human Resources teams at hyper-growth startups like Level Access, Bambeco and LivingSocial, where she had success building teams, creating innovative HR systems, and driving increased performance at scale. Colleen also held several HR leadership roles at The Attachmate Group, NetIQ Corporation, and Ganymede Software, where she helped rapidly expand the organizations by implementing innovative, culture-rich talent programs to achieve strategic objectives. Colleen holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Averett, and certifications from HRCI as a Senior Professional in HR.
